Refund policy

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Only stock items in unused, original condition are eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations are natural and part of the charm and are not considered defects.

Custom and digital items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
